Message	how often does a caliper piston seize? i was changing the brakes on a 96 saturn this weekend, and the piston would not go back in to clear room for the new pads. i tried a c-clamp, pry bar, and eventually ended up beating it with a hammer. still wouldn't move. so i removed the entire caliper, lines, e-brake spring, etc. i can get the piston to move outwards just fine, but it won't budge going in at all. it's a 1996 model, that's too new to need a rebuild isn't it?? can someone else offer more suggestions as to what i may be doing wrong or have any other tricks i should try? tia
